Steam is generated from cooling water in a heat exchanger for hot gases. Subsequently the steam is superheated by the gases to be cooled. This process is carried out by providing submerged water-tube superheater modules (7) in, for example, a waste heat boiler/evaporator (1).

Claim
1. Installation for heating steam, comprising a housing with chambers for supplying and discharging a cooled gas, chambers with chambers of heated water and collecting the generated steam, as well as at least one pipe for cooled gas and at least one superheater module or guide means located inside the housing, made with channels for the passage of steam and gas, respectively connected to the collection chamber of the generated steam through the steam line and at least one pipe for the cooled gas in the zone of the latter, the module flax in the form of a pipe, the cross section of which exceeds the cross section of the pipe for the cooled gas, characterized in that, in order to increase the efficiency of overheating, the cross section of the module exceeds the cross section of the steam line.

2. Installation according to claim 1. that it is equipped with a displacer in the form of a pipe placed in a module or guide means.

3. Installation according to claim 2, characterized in that. that the displacer is equipped with inlet and outlet lines of the water-steam mixture.

Installation according to claims 2 and 3, characterized in that it is equipped with an additional displacer in the form of a pipe with taps located in the pipe of the first displacer and connected respectively to a source of water or steam and using taps to the channel for passage of its cooled gas module.
